Next Wednesday will see the third installment of the Birds Eye View Fashion Film Screening & Panel at the Institute of Contemporary Art. There will be a screening of twelve fashion films from the past twelve months followed by a panel co -hosted by Jaime Perlman (Art Director of British Vogue and Director of Testmag.co.uk) and myself with a selection of the directors.

It's an exciting month! Firstly I am presenting a showreel of past films as part of the group show above.
Secondly I am currently working on a new film with menswear designer Katie Earywww.katieeary.co.uk to showcase her upcoming A/W 2010 collection. It has been commissioned by TEST magazinewww.testmag.co.uk and will be have it's first screening as part of a TEST exhibition on from 21st - 24th February. It will then be screened live online at the same time as Katie's catwalk show on both Dazed Digitalwww.dazeddigital.com and TEST on 24th February.

Submissions for the Fashion Loves Film strand of the Birds Eye View Film Festival 2010 are now open!
We are looking for FASHION FILMS for our next festival, to take place in March 2010.
The best fashion films will be screened at the annual 'Fashion Loves Film' event at the Institute of Contemporary Art, alongside other major industry submissions. The event will be followed by a panel discussion, which will explore the genre in depth. Past guest panelists have included Penny Martin, Bella Freud, Ruth Hogben and Toyin to name but a few.
As ever, all films must be directed or co-directed by a woman. We are looking for high quality, innovative films, under five minutes long and tailored around a collection or with a strong fashion focus.
